Elise Gregg is a graduate student at Florida International University studying criminal justice after earning her bachelor’s degree in journalism. She is the editor-in-chief of FIU’s student newspaper, PantherNOW. She has worked as an editor and writer at PantherNOW for two years, as well as writing for South Florida Media Network (now Caplin News) and the Miami Herald. Her work has covered a variety of topics, focusing mostly on university administration, student government and FIU courts and crime at PantherNOW, along with general assignment and crime at SFMN and the Miami Herald.
